The first two bidders that will submit their presentations are D B Realty and Emmar-MGF along with India Bulls Realty, apart from Emmar-MGF, Dubai-based Limitless, Lehman Brothers and others foreign names.
Earlier, 19 bidders were in the run, however four dropped out. It has been speculated that recession is the reason behind their decision.
Also, the financial bids that are suppose to take place after the presentations are done will be delayed because of the elections. Possibilities are that the financial bids will be called only after the election result are declared.
